Sarah's sessions begin by determining what her clients are passionate and purposeful about and what old belief systems need upgrading to support their optimal unfolding. Weaving together conscious breathing, sacred movement, coaching, Emotional Freedom Techniques, and guided meditation, Sarah supports her clients and students in dismantling ingrained patterns that keep them from experiencing their FULL, unlimited, creative potential. Currently Sarah coaches groups and individuals in person and online, teaches Yoga, and leads workshops and retreats.

Jocelyn Brown | Shining Spiral Arts
Reiki and Art
Shining Spiral is the culmination of Jocelyn Brown’s spiritual, artistic, and teaching practices. Through Reiki, she seeks to share the healing powers of creativity and unconditional love within her community and beyond.
Jocelyn began her Reiki journey in 2014. Struggling with grief and building a new life after graduating from Massachusetts College of Art, Jocelyn received a session from Karen Cerato of NH Health and Wellness at her sister’s recommendation. Drawn to holistic health throughout her life, Jocelyn was called to Reiki, and over the course of four years, she slowly received her Reiki training. Offering her gift to friends and family, and more often plants and animals, it wasn’t until her partner tore his ACL that Jocelyn experienced how powerful and effective Reiki could be for pain and the physical body. Jocelyn knew then that she had to share this tool for balancing mind, body, and spirit with as many people as she could, and she completed her Reiki Master Teacher training March 2019 under Karen Cerato.
Honored to continue the teachings of the Usui Reiki tradition, Jocelyn offers one-on-one Reiki sessions, classes and Reiki certifications.

Alex Murray-Golay is a licensed clinical mental health practitioner who believes in the power of the mind-body connection and the capacity to recover and heal.
Alex started working in the field of psychology and mental health in college, and has continued her practice over the past 20 years. Through this journey, Alex recognized that trauma is at the heart of all symptoms, and that people can recover when they connect to their bodies and create new responses. Through her specialty in trauma, Alex has worked with severe and persistent mental illness, in crisis centers, residential treatment and emergency rooms, and is currently in private practice. She specializes in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and TIMBo (Trauma Informed Mind and Body).
Alex became certified in EMDR in 2013 and uses it daily in sessions with patients. This allows the right and left brain to become “unstuck” and to fully process traumatic events. She is currently finishing the 100-hour training in TIMBO, which combines movement, breath, guided meditation, and a workbook-based approach to explore and better understand emotions such as fear, shame, and grief. Alex is launching the first TIMBo group in New Hampshire at the end of September.
